An alumnus of BITS, Pilani, Ajay brings 15+ years of rich experience in the financial services domain across multiple areas like Product Management, Business Development & Client Delivery. Previously he was associated with various leadership roles across CRISIL (a S&P Company), RBL Bank and Fullerton.

At smarbl, he is at the helm of Business Strategy, Product Management, Sales and Business Development.

With more than 23 years in IT industry across wide variety of domains particularly in BFSI space, Mrutunjay specializes in Data, high volume system design, Product Development and wide array of data processing eco systems. He has been associated with senior roles across DanskeIT, Barclays, FAB and Vodacom.

Ritesh is an engineering and Management graduate & a Lean Six Sigma certified - Quality Advocate. He brings over 23+ years of rich experience across financial services, energy and industrial solutions domain specializing in various areas like Datawarehouse, Application Design, Program Management, Technology & Service Delivery and Quality Management. Previously he was associated with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and General Electric (GE) in various technical leadership roles.

At smarbl, he is responsible for Business Development, Product Roadmap, Client Delivery Management and Customer Success.

Having previously worked in varied technical leadership positions in Citibank, Barclays, Teradata and Cognizant, he brings a wealth of understanding in delivering such applications for Financial, Retail and Telecom domains.

At smarbl, he leads the engineering organization working towards making the smarbl product line truly world class.

With a decade of experience in the software engineering realm, Amit has cultivated a diverse skill set through his tenure at leading firms including Tata Consultancy Services, Pragmatix (Crisil), and Wissen Technology at Morgan Stanley. Known for his self-directed and motivated approach, Amit excels in dynamic environments where his innovative thinking and strong work ethic significantly boost project successes.

At Smarbl, he plays a crucial role in enhancing the platform roadmap and managing client-specific product enhancements, working closely with the leadership team to seamlessly integrate new requirements and elevate product functionalities.

Guntur Pradyumna Kumar,

Regulatory Reporting SME

Pradyumna is an esteemed professional with close to 15 years of experience in the financial services domain, specializing in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project management. His expertise spans across core banking systems, regulatory reporting and reconciliations, supported by technology and business insights gained through previous roles at Datamatics LTD (Dubai Islamic Bank), Wipro LTD (First Abu Dhabi Bank), Societe Generale, and HCL Technologies (Deutsche Bank).

Principal Engineer

Sanjeev brings over nine years of robust experience in full-stack development, with a specialized focus on Angular and Java technologies. Before joining Smarbl, he honed his skills at prominent organizations such as Adient US LLC, Connecticus Technologies, and Cybage Software.

At Smarbl, Sanjeev is pivotal in steering the technical direction and strategy of the frontend team. His role extends beyond engineering leadership into hands-on participation in the design and development of new features, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our clients.
